It is our distinct pleasure to be sharing this amazing coffee from an all-women produced coffee project in Huehuetenango, Guatemala. This project began in 2016 by our friends at Genuine Origin, who do truly incredible work in the world of coffee. When great taste and a push for better representation can happen at the same time, it's something to cherish.
This is a Washed selection that exemplifies much of what we love about coffees produced in Huehuetenango. With Bourbon, Caturra, and Catuai cultivars, this is a true crowd-pleaser that can inspire the lover of great specialty coffee as well. It is an exceptionally versatile coffee in brewing, making for memorable espresso extractions, vibrant pour overs, and super sweet immersion brews.
