ABOUT
The Artist
Jake Tedesco has always lived near the Pacific Ocean. He grew up in Manhattan Beach surfing and skateboarding, attended UC Santa Barbara, and worked in the financial industry before discovering his true passion: creating art.
A naturally gifted artist with a vivid imagination, Jake brought Halloween Town to life with spooky brilliance. As a sci-fi and horror movie buff, he infused this puzzle with clever references to classic horror films and nostalgic television characters, making it a true celebration of Halloween pop culture.
The vibrant coloring of this puzzle was created by graphic artist Gladys Vialars, adding depth and richness to Jake’s imaginative world. Don’t miss the Halloween HUNT hidden on the puzzle’s side panels!
In the winter of 2004, amidst snow and ice, we painted our very first hand-crafted map of East Hampton, New York. A few years later, the company moved west to California, starting off in Humboldt. In 2013, the first South Bay Art Map was painted for Hermosa Beach, marking the start of a beloved tradition.
Today at Good World Puzzles, we’re transforming much of our City Map Art into puzzles, while also launching exciting new themes like Waterman’s, Exotic Gardens, Spooky Halloween, and Christmas Town. Keep an eye out for these special editions in the years ahead.
In 2023, we also expanded our product line to include coloring books and posters, offering even more creative entertainment for families and friends. From day one, Good World Puzzles has been committed to promoting world peace — every puzzle sale benefits Good World Peace.
We’re proud to host Social Awareness inTent Talks and Summer Peace Festivals, which focus on teen mental health and encourage young adults to register to vote.
